How to fit –
Step 1 – Drill sizes; Pins 4.0mm x 4 , Screws 3.0mm x 7
Step 2 – Frame housing fixing; Introduce packing to suit rebate thickness. Reinforced profile, 4.8 x 25mm CSK self drill. Unreinforced profile, 4.8 x 25mm CSK spoon type
Step 3 – Vertical adjustment
Step 4 – Leaf housing location & eccentric sleeve adjustment
Step 5 – Leaf housing fixing & horizontal adjustment
Step 6 – Fitting security screw to cap, M4 x 13L philips screw
Step 7 – Cap fixing
Adjustment – Allan keys (not supplied) 6.0 A/F bottom, 5.0 A/F top & horizontal
Recommended fixing – Screws (not supplied) 4.8 – 0.5mm (7 off) For outward opening doors tamper proof screws are recommended for fixing or leaf (4 off)
