These Terms & Conditions apply to retail customers purchasing goods from Palm Branch Limited, trading as Leisure Parts 4u.
By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us
Leisure Parts 4u supplies caravan, motorhome, static caravan and holiday home parts, including wallboards, wallpaper, trims, doors, handles, hinges, locks, adhesives and related accessories.
2. Retail Customers
These Terms apply where you are purchasing as a consumer for personal use and not for business, trade, resale or commercial purposes.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
3. Placing an Order
By placing an order, you confirm that:
the information you provide is accurate and complete;
you have checked that the goods are suitable for your intended use;
you understand that colours, patterns and finishes may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, age of existing materials, batch differences and manufacturer changes.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:
an item is unavailable or discontinued;
there has been a pricing or listing error;
the order does not meet our minimum order requirements;
additional delivery charges apply;
payment has not been received;
the item is unsuitable for courier delivery in the quantity ordered.
4. Product Information and Colour Matching
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and measurements are accurate. However, all product information is approximate unless specifically stated otherwise.
Product images are for guidance only and may not show the exact colour, texture or finish.
Where matching wallpaper, wallboard, trims, doors or décor finishes, we strongly recommend requesting a sample where available before placing a full order.
We cannot guarantee an exact match to existing décor, especially where the original product is aged, faded, discontinued or from a different manufacturer.
5. Special Order and Cut-to-Length Items
A Special Order Item includes any item that is:
ordered in specifically for you;
cut to length;
cut to size;
manufactured to order;
non-stock;
personalised;
supplied to your specific requirements.
Special Order Items cannot usually be cancelled or returned unless faulty or supplied incorrectly by us.
This includes, but is not limited to:
wallpaper cut to length;
wallboards;
doors;
ordered-in trims;
special décor items;
non-stock supplier items.
6. Prices and Payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£). Prices may be shown inclusive or exclusive of VAT depending on the sales channel.
All retail orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase and before goods are ordered, processed or dispatched.
Payment can be made using the payment methods available on our website or as otherwise agreed by us in writing.
We reserve the right to cancel or delay an order where payment has not been received, has failed, or requires additional verification.
We reserve the right to amend prices at any time.
If there has been a pricing error, delivery charge error or listing error, we are not obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price. If payment has already been made, we will contact you to offer the goods at the correct price or issue a refund.
Goods remain the property of Palm Branch Limited until paid for in full.
7. Retail Accounts and Online Orders
Retail customers may place orders through our website or by contacting us directly.
Creating an online account does not provide trade pricing, trade delivery rates or credit terms.
Retail accounts are for customer convenience only, such as viewing order history, saving details and placing future orders more easily.
Any discounts, promotional codes or offers for retail customers are applied at our discretion and may be withdrawn or amended at any time.
Retail customers are not eligible for trade pricing, trade discounts, trade delivery rates or credit facilities unless a separate trade account has been applied for and approved by us.
8. Delivery
We use third-party couriers and suppliers for delivery. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, suppliers, weather, strikes, incorrect addresses, failed deliveries or circumstances outside our control.
Large, fragile or oversized items such as wallboards, doors and long trims may require specialist delivery and may take longer than standard parcels.
Delivery charges will be shown at checkout or confirmed before payment where applicable.
Additional delivery charges may apply for:
wallboards;
doors;
oversized items;
remote areas;
Scottish Highlands;
islands;
offshore locations;
special courier services.
Orders may arrive in separate deliveries where goods are dispatched from different depots or suppliers.
8A. Trade Account Approval
Trade accounts must be applied for online and approved by us before any trade pricing, credit terms or account benefits are applied.
Submitting a trade account application does not guarantee approval. We reserve the right to approve, decline, amend or withdraw a trade account at our discretion.
Trade account benefits, including trade discounts, delivery trade rates and credit terms, are only available once the account has been approved by us in writing.
Any trade discount, delivery rate or credit facility offered is account-specific and may vary between customers.
9. Checking Goods on Delivery
Please check all goods carefully when they arrive.
Any damaged, missing or incorrect items must be reported to us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of delivery.
For damage claims, we may require:
photos of the damaged item;
photos of the packaging;
photos of the delivery label;
photos showing how the goods arrived;
your order number and delivery postcode.
Please do not dispose of the packaging until the claim has been reviewed.
10. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If goods arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where the issue is confirmed, we may arrange:
a replacement;
a repair where suitable;
a refund;
a credit note.
We reserve the right to inspect goods before issuing a refund or replacement.
We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect fitting, misuse, alteration, poor storage, incorrect adhesive, incorrect tools or unsuitable installation.
11. Returns
If you wish to return an item, please contact us first.
Returned goods must be:
unused;
in original condition;
in original packaging where possible;
returned with any accessories or paperwork;
suitable for resale.
You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly by us.
We recommend using a tracked and insured return service, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in return transit.
12. Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty or supplied incorrectly:
wallpaper cut to length;
wallboards;
doors;
special order items;
ordered-in supplier items;
personalised or made-to-measure items;
items that have been fitted, used, cut, altered or damaged;
items no longer in resaleable condition.
13. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch, provided the item has not already been cut, ordered in, packed, manufactured or dispatched.
If the order has already been dispatched, it will need to be treated as a return, subject to our returns policy.
Special Order Items cannot usually be cancelled once ordered from our supplier or prepared for dispatch.
14. Fitting and Installation
We strongly recommend that no fitters, installation work or repair work are booked until all goods have arrived and have been fully checked.
We cannot be held responsible for fitting costs, labour costs, missed appointments, travel costs or any other consequential losses caused by delivery delays, damaged goods or incorrect items.
Goods should only be fitted by a competent person using suitable tools, adhesives and methods.
15. Discontinued Products and Alternatives
Some caravan, motorhome and holiday home décor products are discontinued or replaced by updated alternatives.
Where an exact product is no longer available, we may suggest the closest available match. It is your responsibility to decide whether the alternative is suitable before ordering.
16. Liability
We will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, including but not limited to:
fitting costs;
labour costs;
travel costs;
accommodation costs;
loss caused by courier delays;
loss caused by ordering an unsuitable item.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
