Returns:
Firstly, please contact us to report any items you wish to return in order we can arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Any unwanted items should be returned to us within 30 days.
All items should be returned in its original packaging.
Returns Policy:
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty or not as described, we will offer a full refund for the item, including the original shipping cost and the cost of returning the item.
Change of Mind
If you decide you no longer want the item, you can return it for a full refund of the product price. However, return shipping costs will be at your expense. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable unless we offered free shipping on your order.
Refunds:
Refunds for items returned by post will be processed within approximately 5 business working days of our receipt of the product, using the original payment method.
We do not cover the transport/delivery costs of any returns unless the item is damaged or faulty.
